About This Role
- Oversee day-to-day on-site facility operations including building procedures, performance metrics, and health and safety compliance.
- Manage client relationships by proactively addressing facility-related concerns and ensuring client expectations are consistently met.
- Handle site financial operations including budget management, vendor coordination, contract compliance, and quality assurance.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience managing properties, preferably commercial.
- Experience in managing commercial contracts and budgets.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and vendor management.
- On-site position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

- Experienced in property and facilities management with strong operational and financial oversight capabilities.
- Organized and analytical mindset with the ability to plan proactively and solve problems quantitatively.
