About This Role
- Manage high-volume international securities lending processes including loans, recalls, broker returns, contract compare, billing, and settlements.
- Ensure team meets SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs daily; oversee resolution of discrepancies and counterparty issues in securities finance and collateral management.
- Drive process improvements, risk management, and cross-group collaboration while coaching and mentoring a team of 5-10 members.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience managing operations teams in securities lending, collateral management, settlements, or related capital markets domain.
- Experience handling multi-location teams and complex operational workflows in capital markets.
- Education: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent degree.
- Willingness to work flexible night shift hours (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
