About This Role
- Manage high-volume processing of international securities lending transactions including loans, recalls, broker returns, contract compares, and billing with strict adherence to procedures and controls.
- Ensure the team consistently meets SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs with daily documentation and timely resolution of counterparty issues related to pricing, loan quantities, and discrepancies.
- Drive process improvements, internal control enhancements, and manage risk by identifying operational risks and recommending procedural changes within securities lending, settlements, and collateral management domains.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years experience managing multi-location teams (5-10+ members) in securities lending operations serving capital markets.
- In-depth knowledge of securities lending, mark to market, securities borrowing and lending (SBL), corporate actions, settlements of fixed income or equity, and collateral management.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts aligned with North American time zone (5:00 PM to 2:00 AM IST).
- Educational qualification: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent; Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and relevant industry systems (e.g., MCH Euroclear/CREST, QlikView, DTCC, IHS Markit, Pirum, EquiLend).
