About This Role
- Manage end-to-end operations for securities lending, mark to market, SBL, corporate actions, FI/Equity settlements, and collateral management within the SSGM India COO organization.
- Oversee high-volume processing of international loans, recall returns, contract comparisons, billing, and ensure team meets agreed SLAs, KPIs, and KRIs daily.
- Drive process improvements, risk identification, resolution of counterparty issues, and collaborate globally to support client needs and transformation initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience managing multi-location teams (20+ members) in securities lending and capital markets domain.
- Education: MBA/BS/BA or equivalent degree.
- Experience with IT systems relevant to securities lending operations including MCH Euroclear/CREST, QlikView, DTCC, IHS Markit, PIRUM, EQUILEND.
- Ability to work flexible shifts covering EMEA hours (2:00 PM - 11:00 PM IST).
