About This Role
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve AI governance frameworks, policies, and risk management processes.
- Manage AI risk assessments including identification, impact assessment, mitigation plans, and ongoing reviews.
- Coordinate AI governance operations such as compliance tracking, audit support, stakeholder engagement, and awareness training across the AI lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Risk Management, Law, or related field.
- 8–12 years of experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance, Information Security, Privacy, Technology Risk, or related fields with meaningful AI governance or risk management experience.
- Practical knowledge of AI risk assessment, Responsible AI principles, AI governance frameworks, and ISO/IEC 42001 or similar standards.
- Location requirement: Gurgaon, India (Bld 14 IT SEZ Unit 1, 17th C & D and Gd Flr D).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing enterprise AI governance programmes or Artificial Intelligence Management System (AIMS).
- Knowledgeable about Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), AI agents, and third-party AI platforms with ability to translate regulations into practical controls.
- Skilled at managing multiple workstreams independently and engaging senior stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
