About This Role
- Design, develop, and maintain web-based applications supporting regulatory, supervisory, surveillance, and operational risk processes within Institutional Securities Group Central Risk.
- Build scalable full stack solutions using Python, React, and database technologies to automate workflows, enhance reporting, and improve risk management outcomes.
- Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Business Control, and Technology stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, preferably from a top-tier university.
- 2–5 years of relevant professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python (including Pandas, NumPy) and front-end frameworks such as React.
- Experience with MongoDB and SQL databases, along with Git/GitHub for source code management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in financial services or risk management technology environments with understanding of regulatory and operational risk controls.
- Capable of working on full stack development delivering end-to-end solutions for risk and compliance workflows.
- Comfortable collaborating across multi-disciplinary global teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software systems.
