About This Role
- Own design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday security roles, groups, domains, and policies aligned with business and compliance standards.
- Manage role assignments, segregation of duties, authentication policies, and user access reviews to ensure internal and external compliance (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
- Support audits, troubleshoot security issues, participate in release testing, and document security governance and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5+ years of Workday Security experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Workday security frameworks including domains, business processes, role-based and user-based permissions.
- Experience with Workday tenant management, user provisioning, and security testing.
- Certification in Workday Security Modules or relevant equivalent experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced Workday Security Specialist with strong HR process and Workday Reporting knowledge.
- Skilled in managing technology audit requirements and compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, SoD).
- Capable of independently handling security configurations, stakeholder management, and pressure-driven environments.
