About This Role
- Lead design and development of AWS-based deployment, test automation, and performance testing frameworks for mission-critical payment platforms.
- Drive cloud modernization initiatives including automation, observability, security, and cost optimization across AWS environments.
- Mentor and provide technical leadership to engineering teams on AWS best practices, troubleshooting, and DevOps culture adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of DevOps and Test Engineering experience with at least 4 years in technical leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in AWS services, cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation, Terraform, CDK), and CI/CD tools like GitLab.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, MS SQL) and working knowledge of Agile/Scrum, Kanban development models.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in validating high-throughput, resilient, cloud-native web applications and APIs, especially in payment industry environments.
- Able to provide cross-functional technical leadership with strong communication skills.
- Proactive in rapidly learning and coaching new AWS services, DevOps tools, and best practices to teams.
