About This Role
- Lead design, development, and delivery of core Client Experience Platform (CEP) services using Java and Python.
- Drive CEP migration from PaaS to Kubernetes, including containerization, deployment patterns, and scalability improvements.
- Define and implement engineering standards, reusable frameworks, DevSecOps best practices, and incorporate Generative AI solutions across multiple teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with enterprise-level influence.
- Strong expertise in Java/Spring Boot, microservices, distributed systems, and modern software architecture.
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
- Experience delivering GenAI solutions including LLM integration, RAG, and agentic AI applications.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technical leader capable of influencing multiple engineering teams and mentoring senior engineers.
- Proven ability to lead cloud-native platform modernization and Kubernetes migration projects.
- Strategic thinker focused on scalable, secure, resilient, reusable, and automated engineering solutions incorporating AI where beneficial.
