About This Role
- Operate and enhance the organization's business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) program, including planning, risk management, and recovery strategies.
- Administer and monitor backup, replication, and recovery infrastructure both on-premises and cloud-based.
- Lead incident response during disruptions, coordinate recovery testing and validation, and produce executive-level reporting and compliance documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in BCDR, infrastructure, or equivalent.
- Relevant certifications such as ISO 22301, CDRE, CBCP, or cloud certifications are highly desirable but not mandatory.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in related domain.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in cross-functional collaboration with IT, security, and business units to align BCDR strategies.
- Proficient in managing cloud and on-premises BCDR infrastructure including backup, replication, and recovery tests.
- Capable of designing standardized BCDR documentation and delivering executive communications on risk and recovery status.
