About This Role
- Design and develop eLearning courses and video simulations tailored for mobile learners in coordination with instructional designers and technology teams.
- Manage and prepare training requests, user data imports into LMS, and curate LMS reports for learning delivery and customer coordination.
- Handle email requests related to user account management and training assignments, ensuring resolution of any registration or training issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in course development, video simulations, and infographic creation.
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Adobe Captivate and Articulate Storyline, and video editing tools like Camtasia or SnagIt.
- Experience or familiarity with LMS management and user data handling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in eLearning content creation with practical skills in multiple authoring and editing tools reflecting adaptability to technology standards.
- Capable of managing instructional design workflows including storyboarding and collaborating with faculty or subject matter experts.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills and understanding of copyright and accessibility standards in educational content.
