About This Role
- Design, storyboard, and develop interactive eLearning courses, micro-learning videos, infographics, and video simulations for software and hardware products.
- Collaborate with Learning Program Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and product teams to gather inputs, perform needs analysis, and validate content to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently, maintain timelines, and create user onboarding experiences and in-app guidance using digital adoption platforms (e.g., WalkMe, Amplitude).
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline; preference for English Literature, Journalism, Mass Communication, or Education.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in instructional design, technical writing, video simulations, and infographic development for software/hardware products.
- Proficiency in eLearning development tools such as Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate (preferred), and video editing tools like Camtasia or SnagIt.
- Strong communication and writing skills; working knowledge of graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) preferred; experience with digital adoption platforms preferred.

- Experienced in applying instructional design models and pedagogy to create performance support and rapid learning content tailored for tech products.
- Skilled at managing multiple instructional design projects under timelines while collaborating closely with SMEs and program managers for content accuracy.
- Comfortable using and adapting to new eLearning, video editing, and digital adoption technologies to deliver modern, responsive learning experiences.
