About This Role
- Lead annual budgeting, long-range planning, and periodic forecasting for assigned business units/functions within the technology organization.
- Analyze business performance against budget and forecasts, identifying key drivers of revenue, cost, margins, and profitability.
- Develop financial models and reports to support strategic decision-making, cost management, scenario analysis, and process improvement automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 7–8 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business finance, financial analytics, private equity, or investment banking.
- Preferred qualifications: CA, MBA (Finance), CFA, or equivalent finance qualification.
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, financial modeling, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning/ERP/Power BI/reporting tools preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in partnering with senior business and functional leaders to provide financial guidance and support strategic decisions.
- Strong understanding of P&L management and ability to link operational metrics with financial outcomes.
- Experience working in technology, SaaS, insurance, financial services, or global services organizations; exposure to globally distributed teams preferred.
