About This Role
- Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects including planning, execution, stakeholder management, and multi-vendor coordination.
- Manage project scope, resources, budget, schedule, and handle escalations and conflicts within the project team across multiple geographies.
- Prepare project status updates, drive adoption of SAP project methodology and premium engagement services, and facilitate steering meetings and phase exits.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-12 years of overall experience with at least 3 years in project management.
- Strong functional knowledge in SAP Modules like FI, CO, SD, MM, PP, PM, QM; exclude ABAP, BASIS, BO, BW, HCM experience.
- Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and ECC, and having handled at least 2 full SAP implementations end-to-end.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably Computer Science) or equivalent; must be willing to travel.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with MNCs and international clients, comfortable managing multi-country, multi-vendor environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies including Activate, Agile, Scrum, PMP, and Prince2 certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to coach, mentor, and manage diverse teams while handling conflict and facilitating decision-making.
