About This Role
- Lead daily production support and operations for enterprise job scheduling and workload automation platforms including incident triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
- Act as senior technical authority in India for scheduling support, ensuring reliable batch job execution and coordinating with cross-functional teams for downstream process completion.
- Drive operational excellence through knowledge management, mentoring scheduling engineers, managing schedules, dependencies, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in IT production support, application or infrastructure operations, batch processing, or Site Reliability Engineering with leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience supporting enterprise workload automation/job scheduling platforms like HCL Workload Automation, TWS, Control-M, or similar.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru, India (Full time).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong expertise in enterprise job scheduling, workload automation, and cross-application workload orchestration with dependency mapping and impact analysis.
- Experienced in ITSM practices, incident/problem management, and communicating technical issues and business impacts effectively across teams.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor a geographically based team to increase operational maturity and reliability in a multi-team, enterprise environment.
