About This Role
- Lead daily production support and operations for the BCOM platform ensuring platform stability and issue resolution.
- Serve as the senior technical authority for BCOM support in India, coordinating with SAP, AEM, middleware, and e-commerce teams.
- Drive knowledge management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement, including incident response and post-incident reviews.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in IT production support, application operations, or e-commerce platform support with leadership experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience supporting B2B or B2C commerce platforms, order management systems, checkout processes, or integration middleware technologies.
- Working knowledge of SAP, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), middleware integration patterns, observability tools, and ITSM processes including incident and problem management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading high-impact production support for commerce platforms in a complex technical ecosystem involving SAP, AEM, and middleware.
- Demonstrates operational leadership by mentoring engineers and improving ITSM maturity and release readiness.
- Comfortable managing technical incidents with accountability for business continuity and driving cross-team collaboration for reliability improvements.
