About This Role
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable Java full stack applications using Java 11/17+, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
- Develop, optimize, and maintain Oracle database solutions including complex queries and stored procedures, and build secure RESTful APIs integrating with enterprise systems.
- Participate in architecture modernization, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift), cloud adoption (AWS/GCP), CI/CD automation, and mentor junior developers to ensure operational excellence and security compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering/application development; experience in Banking/Financial Services domain is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8, 11, 17+) and Spring Framework/Spring Boot (MVC, Data JPA/Hibernate, Security, Cloud).
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks Angular (v10+) or React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), and Oracle Database (SQL, PL/SQL).
- Familiarity with container platforms (Docker, OpenShift/Kubernetes), CI/CD tools, and version control systems (Git/Bitbucket/GitHub).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced full stack developer with strong backend Java skills and proven ability to design and optimize Oracle database schemas and queries.
- Able to independently manage and deliver features in an Agile environment, contributing technically and mentoring junior staff.
- Comfortable working on modernization initiatives involving cloud platforms, containerization, and implementing secure coding and testing practices.
