About This Role
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs to meet business needs.
- Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis, design, construction, testing, implementation, and user support.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor to stakeholders and junior analysts, ensuring compliance with security and operational standards.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience with Java 21+ and Spring Boot 3+.
- Proficiency in full stack development using modern front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or similar).
- Experience with microservices architecture, API development, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- Experienced working in fast-paced technology teams focused on complex distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end development efforts including system design, security measures, and compliance.
