About This Role
- Manage Marketing Resource Management (MRM) Platform and Invoice Management activities for USCC, Client, Wealth, and shared services businesses, including system enhancements and updates coordination with IT and stakeholders.
- Lead end-to-end testing, change management, and project management tasks including writing user stories and test scripts for MRM Platform.
- Handle business administrative functions such as audits, business continuity, expense management, financial reporting, user support, and training related to MRM Platform and invoice processes.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in financial services role.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder management.
- Work Experience Required: 6-10 years in financial services.
