About This Role
- Lead and mentor a software engineering team delivering front-end and full-stack capabilities, ensuring high engineering standards and growth.
- Collaborate with product, design, and QA teams to plan roadmaps, manage delivery, and align engineering priorities with product milestones.
- Provide hands-on engineering leadership including design, development, testing, troubleshooting, and technical direction in a globally distributed environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong front-end engineering skills with React or Angular, plus full-stack development proficiency including Java and Spring Boot.
- Experience leading engineering teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders in a globally distributed setting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering client-facing financial technology products with focus on front-end and full-stack technologies.
- Capable of balancing hands-on technical leadership with people management and strategic product alignment.
- Familiarity with cloud container technologies, distributed systems, and financial domain is a plus.
