About This Role
- Provide application support and maintenance for Infor Workforce Management (WFM) including data structure, configuration, integrations, and device management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve configuration errors, database issues, job failures, and support modules like Time & Attendance, Accruals, Scheduling, and Integrations.
- Deliver high-quality work individually, mentor junior members, and liaise with onsite/offshore teams to fulfill functional requirements.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of application support experience with Infor WFM including technical aspects like SQL reporting and configuration.
- Degree required: BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc (CS) or equivalent from an accredited university.
- Experience with timekeeping configuration involving complex pay rules, attendance management, scheduling, and mobility/mobile features.
- Willingness to travel internationally for extended durations (3 to 6 months).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced with Infor WFM latest versions (6.2.4 onwards) and cloud deployment is preferred.
- Familiarity with technical extensions, customizations, Java/Javascript/JSP, SQL in Infor WFM environment is advantageous.
- Comfortable working independently with strong troubleshooting skills and cross-team collaboration including mentoring juniors.
