About This Role
- Define strategy, architecture, and signoff criteria for complex SoC design verification programs covering multiple interdependent technical areas or portfolios.
- Lead high-impact verification initiatives from strategy through execution, including risk management and alignment across organizations.
- Architect scalable verification platforms, methodologies, and automation strategies; coach senior engineers; provide signoff recommendations to leadership.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field with 8+ years industry experience, or Bachelor's with 11+ years.
- Expert-level skills in SystemVerilog, UVM, constrained-random verification, functional coverage, and assertions.
- Advanced scripting/automation experience with Python, Tcl/Tk, Perl, Shell, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to lead verification strategy across complex SoC programs and influence senior cross-functional leadership.
