About This Role
- Manage end-to-end servicing for corporate banking clients across trade services, cash management, tax-related services, and phone banking channels.
- Handle client and internal stakeholder queries, service requests, and operational follow-ups ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with policies, regulatory requirements, service standards, and contribute to process improvements enhancing client experience.
Minimum Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in banking operations, client servicing, or operations support within the Indian banking sector.
- Hands-on experience with corporate banking operations including trade services, cash management, tax-related services, and phone banking.
- Working knowledge of RBI guidelines, banking compliance, internal controls, and operational risk standards.
- Role based in Chennai or Pune; candidate must work from office and be willing to work in shifts including weekends and extended hours.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in client servicing within Indian corporate banking operations handling service request and query resolution.
- Skilled in collaborating across business, operations, risk, and support teams to drive service closure and improvements.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic banking environment with exposure to multiple product areas and operational processes.
