About This Role
- Own global sourcing and vendor qualification for electrical and embedded systems components.
- Coordinate production readiness, quality, and cost optimization between engineering, contract manufacturers, and suppliers.
- Maintain approved vendor lists, drive BOM standardization, conduct vendor audits, and manage supply chain and procurement documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Instrumentation Engineering.
- 5-8 years of experience in technical sourcing or procurement of electrical & electronics components.
- Mandatory hands-on global sourcing experience beyond India.
- Strong understanding of EMS, wiring harnesses, embedded electronics, and ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing vendor relationships and contract manufacturers in EMS/ODM/OEM environments.
- Familiarity with robotics, automation, EV, or industrial equipment sectors preferred.
- Comfortable in startup or dynamic environments working with multiple global suppliers and complexity in supply chain.
