About This Role
- Support and lead strategic consulting projects across diverse functions such as research, development, regulatory, commercial, and corporate areas within GBS.
- Plan, track, and document projects from scoping through implementation, managing risks and driving progress towards clear recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Design solutions and tools, run workshops to facilitate decision-making, and support GBS management meetings with presentations and analyses.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree required.
- 2–5 years of management consulting experience in a leading consulting firm.
- Proficient in strategic frameworks like balanced scorecards, issue trees, scenario planning, and Microsoft Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Work Experience Required: 2–5 years in management consulting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in independently structuring and solving ambiguous strategic problems with limited managerial guidance.
- Comfortable owning cross-functional initiatives involving multiple global stakeholders and functional leaders.
- Familiar with or open to learning about change management and global business services transformation.
