About This Role
- Design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate experiments to derive statistically rigorous and business-relevant insights.
- Translate business/product questions into analytical plans using advanced SQL and statistical tools, partnering with product managers on success metrics and data instrumentation.
- Build dashboards and self-serve data tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and collaborate with data engineers to ensure data integrity, presenting findings with actionable business recommendations.
Minimum Requirements
- 4-7 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or related roles.
- Bachelor's or Master’s in Engineering (BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech) or equivalent advanced degrees (MBA/MCA).
- Advanced SQL proficiency with skills in complex queries, joins, CTEs, and query optimization on relational databases like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Experience in designing and analyzing experiments (A/B testing) and building automated reports and dashboards.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced data analyst with strong operational knowledge of A/B testing and behavioral analytics in product or business contexts.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally with product managers, IT, and data engineering teams to deliver actionable insights influencing business roadmaps.
- Demonstrated skills in statistical rigor, data quality assurance, and effective communication of technical data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
