About This Role
- Manage end-to-end delivery of SAP projects including planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting with focus on SAP transformation programs like ECC to S/4HANA, rollouts, upgrades, and AMS transitions.
- Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, dashboards, health indicators, and facilitate program governance meetings including stage gates and steering committee reviews.
- Act as primary liaison between business teams, SAP functional and technical consultants, integration partners, and leadership to coordinate projects and manage cross-functional dependencies; support UAT planning and cutover coordination without hands-on SAP solution design.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-20 years of work experience in SAP domain, preferably with Project Management experience.
- Mandatory PM experience, strongly preferred with SAP or SF modules; PM experience with HCM products like Workday or PeopleSoft is acceptable.
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (BCOM) or MBA/MCOM educational background.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced SAP Project Manager comfortable with managing complex SAP transformation projects end-to-end and engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with PMO governance, reporting tools (Power BI, MS Project), and managing vendor/partner delivery performance under SLAs.
- Strong coordination and communication skills aimed at bridging business and technical teams without technical configuration responsibilities.
