About This Role
- Lead Employee Central track for large multi-country SAP implementations including design workshops and solution architecture.
- Manage Employee Central modules such as Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits with hands-on experience.
- Ensure platform-level integration of Employee Central with S4HANA, 3rd party payroll, and related systems while considering regional laws and data migration strategies.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of work experience in SAP Employee Central implementations.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Employee Central Time Tracking functionalities.
- Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech/CA/ICWA.
- Experience leading multi-country large SAP Employee Central projects and designing workshops independently.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven track record of independently leading SAP Employee Central implementation tracks, especially Time Tracking in multi-country environments.
- Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules and integration capabilities, including compliance with regional laws.
- Experience in end-to-end SAP Employee Central project delivery covering design, implementation, and data migration.
