About This Role
- Own and act as Product Owner for the Estim8 tool, including vision definition, prioritizing changes and bugs, and directing IT support activities.
- Coordinate with global Proposal SMEs and end users to validate VoC feedback and lead Lean productivity improvements in proposal program management.
- Support client-facing coordination, roadmap planning, training delivery, and maintain documentation for global proposal tools and processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Industrial Management, IT, or related technology area.
- Ability to travel up to 10%, including internationally as needed.
- Work Experience Required: Preferably 3+ years in Proposal Processes management and/or delivery for Professional Services and combined product + services solutions.
- Hybrid work policy requires presence onsite at Rockwell locations at least Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays unless business obligations require otherwise.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in proposal process management with hands-on exposure to CRM systems for CPQ and estimation (e.g., Salesforce).
- Skilled in project management, change management (PMP certification preferred), and Lean/Six Sigma methodologies with global organizational experience.
- Capable of strategic planning and acting as SME and primary contact for global proposal tools, comfortable working under pressure and leading cross-functional change initiatives.
