About This Role
- Lead development of observability capabilities for on-prem and cloud platforms to improve system availability at enterprise scale.
- Design, develop, test, debug, and document complex technology solutions while establishing companywide engineering standards and best practices.
- Drive adoption of AI/ML-powered observability features including intelligent insights, anomaly detection, guided root-cause analysis, and automation to reduce operational toil.
Minimum Requirements
- 4+ years of Software Engineering experience (including equivalent via education or military experience).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java Spring Boot, and ReactJS.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud), Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana, Open Telemetry, and Time Series Metrics.
- Experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML models and AI-powered products end-to-end.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to develop large-scale observability and monitoring platforms integrating AI/ML capabilities.
- Experience working with microservices, RESTful APIs, and complex enterprise software architectures including frontend, middleware, backend and database layers.
- Strong technical leadership and collaboration skills with stakeholders across technology leadership, LOB, and external partners to influence and deliver innovative business solutions.
