About This Role
- Own installation and break/fix tasks of low to medium complexity within project lifecycles, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Cisco Unified Collaboration technologies and security certificate activation.
- Assist documentation of standard procedures, maintain project administration, and support alongside senior engineers on deployments.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, Computing, or related field.
- Valid CCNP Collaboration certification required; voice specialization preferred.
- Moderate experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, Contact Centre Express, voice gateways (MGCP, SIP, H.323, SCCP), and virtualization tools such as VMware and Cisco UCS.
- Workplace type: On-site.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Developing subject matter expert with some experience leading technical troubleshooting and problem resolution in collaboration technologies.
- Comfortable engaging with clients including conducting elementary presentations and mentoring L1 engineers.
- Experience working in enterprise deployment environments with Cisco collaboration products and voice carrier systems.
