About This Role
- Lead statistical analysis and apply advanced statistical techniques to optimize non-clinical development, manufacturing, and quality processes within a cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment.
- Manage multiple complex data analysis projects ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to regulatory standards with accountability for timely deliverables.
- Serve as a strategic statistical partner and mentor, providing training and guidance while driving innovation in analytics and AI methods to support drug manufacturing and quality assurance decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- MS in Statistics with 8+ years experience or PhD in Statistics with 2+ years experience.
- Experience in pharmaceutical or related industry, including drug development and life-cycle management in regulated environments, and cGMP-regulated manufacturing support.
- Proficiency in statistical computing/programming tools such as R, Python, and JMP.
- Knowledge of Bayesian statistics and extensive understanding of FDA/EMEA cGMPs, ICH guidelines for drug manufacturing and compliance.
