About This Role
- Manage a group of Development Leads and/or Senior Analyst Developers, responsible for overall team performance and career progression.
- Drive technical roadmap improvements, development process enhancements, and adherence to coding standards within the solution center.
- Act as key escalation point for technical issues, influence planning and technical direction, and participate in recruitment and client engagements.
Minimum Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in large scale technology delivery projects and technology change.
- Expertise in Microsoft .NET development (including .NET, C#, SQL Server), web development (ASP.NET, JavaScript, ReactJS).
- Bachelor's degree or higher (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with line management in large technology organizations; knowledge of financial products and markets.

- Strong leadership experience managing senior technical teams within delivery-focused environments, with ability to mentor and support career growth.
- Deep expertise in FNZ platform technologies and delivery methodologies, able to lead technical planning and improvement initiatives.
- Capable of working independently in a fast-paced, dynamic tech environment while engaging effectively with multiple stakeholder levels and global teams.
