About This Role
- Define, create, automate and maintain key operational and statistical data measures and analyses.
- Lead and coach a team of data scientists and engineers, driving continuous service and process improvements.
- Translate business requirements into analytics and develop new processes to increase task effectiveness and customer scope consolidation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline from accredited institutions.
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in analytics and development activities.
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Server, SSIS, and experience with visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Knowledge or experience with Agentic AI, Python, Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery), and operational domain knowledge.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in leading analytic teams with a focus on operational data and process improvement.
- Strong business acumen with expertise in data preparation and pre-processing, able to translate business needs into technical analytics solutions.
- Familiarity with telecommunication domain and multiple programming skills (e.g., VBA, C#, .NET, Java, PHP) is advantageous but not mandatory.
