About This Role
- Develop and maintain secure, high-quality Python applications on AWS with end-to-end architecture ownership.
- Lead design reviews, code reviews, agile planning, and collaborate with SRE for system reliability and performance.
- Manage a small engineering team while remaining hands-on, driving adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of applied software engineering experience with formal training or certification.
- Hands-on experience in Python application development and maintaining production applications.
- Strong understanding of software development best practices including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Experience working on AIML systems or collaborating with data scientists.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced engineering lead comfortable managing small teams and owning end-to-end delivery in Agile environments.
- Technical breadth including Python, cloud services (AWS), Infrastructure as Code, containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and AIML system integration.
- Operates effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment with focus on reliability, automation, and secure coding standards.
