About This Role
- Lead design, build, and standardization of Linux-based infrastructure products (RHEL, OLVM, OpenShift) for enterprise use.
- Own automation, deployment, OS compliance, patching, scaling, and troubleshooting across virtualization and container platforms.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects following DevOps, SRE, and Infrastructure as Code practices in a regulated banking environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years in infrastructure engineering, systems administration or operations; including 3+ years in a senior engineering role.
- Deep expertise in Linux internals (RHEL preferred), virtualization (KVM, Libvirt, oVirt, OpenShift Virtualization), and container platforms (Kubernetes or OpenShift).
- Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, OS compliance frameworks, Red Hat Satellite/Spacewalk/Nexus, and cloud compute/storage/network configuration on Azure, AWS, or OCI.

- Experienced working within complex, regulated banking or financial services environments with high availability and scale requirements.
- Strong operational delivery focus, able to manage projects from inception to production and operational support under DevOps and SRE methodologies.
- Demonstrates strong technical communication skills to engage with diverse internal stakeholders and alignment with enterprise technical standards.
