About This Role
- Design and deliver web-based applications adhering to coding standards and system requirements.
- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules, independently developing features using approved technology stack.
- Troubleshoot, debug, review peer code, and participate in Agile ceremonies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–8 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proficient in .NET and/or Python, ASP.NET, MVC, AWS, Git, PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and microservices architecture.
- Work Experience Required: 5–8 years of relevant software engineering experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in delivering scalable software solutions within Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong technical expertise in .NET/Python with knowledge of AI-assisted development tools considered a plus.
- Capable of stakeholder partnership, ownership of delivery, continuous learning, and collaboration in cross-functional teams.
