About This Role
- Design and develop software solutions across the full application stack including front-end and back-end components.
- Lead and support medium complexity projects within own organization, focusing on small to medium system components.
- Review complex functional specifications and provide peer support including onboarding new software engineers.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3 to 5 years of related experience in web application development or demonstrated success with DrugDev Spark or equivalent system.
- Experience with Ruby on Rails, Python, React, Ember, or similar web frameworks.
- Ability to write clean code and design small to medium system components successfully.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working under regular supervision with decision-making within defined parameters.
- Has strong understanding and application of quality standards requiring minimal revision.
- Experienced in both technical development and peer support roles including effective communication and onboarding.
