About This Role
- Manage and maintain schedule baselines for a large-scale multi-asset mixed-use development including tunnel and road gyratory.
- Coordinate with clients, sub consultants, main contractors, and project management to track progress, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
- Develop and integrate project planning processes, produce schedule KPIs, and lead schedule-related meetings ensuring communication of roles and responsibilities across all functions.
Minimum Requirements
- Mandatory Engineering Degree in Civil or Mechanical.
- 4 to 7 years of construction industry experience, with preferred experience on major international projects in the Gulf.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory) and Power Query (mandatory); Power BI and time impact analysis knowledge are desirable.
- On-site work location in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing schedules and controls for complex, phased mixed-use construction projects (retail, residential, commercial).
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients and contractors on large infrastructure projects.
- Comfortable producing detailed schedule analytics and reports using P6 and data visualization tools to support decision-making.
