About This Role
- Develop and ship core features and AI-powered functionalities for the Corrigo platform, a leading CMMS with millions of users.
- Design, build, and productionize AI agents and workflows including work order triage, intelligent routing, and automated diagnostics, integrating these with existing services and data pipelines.
- Evaluate and adopt AI coding tools and workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality, and support troubleshooting and escalation resolution related to AI agent behavior.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 6+ years of professional experience developing SaaS/PaaS products, including recent hands-on AI/LLM feature development.
- Hands-on experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, or agentic frameworks.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Bengaluru, KA.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong software engineering background with expertise in either frontend or backend development and experience in .NET framework preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to design safe, testable AI agent workflows and integrate AI capabilities with cloud services (Azure preferred).
- Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments, capable of translating business requirements into scalable technical designs and using AI tools for efficient code development.
