About This Role
- Manage a team responsible for processing securities and derivatives orders and transactions from trading desks and branches to ensure seamless delivery.
- Develop and implement business initiatives, policies, and process improvements related to securities and derivatives settlement to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
- Analyze escalated issues, conduct due diligence, and coordinate with internal/external clients to maintain compliance and drive risk management in post-settlement operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in securities and derivatives processing or related operations.
- Must hold Series 9 licensing/registration.
- People management experience required.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience mandatory; Master’s degree preferred.

- Experienced in leading teams within securities and derivatives settlements or transaction processing environments.
- Capable of driving process improvements and managing complex client escalations with a strong risk and compliance orientation.
- Skilled in coordinating across multiple stakeholders including internal teams and external clients to ensure operational excellence.
