About This Role
- Own and drive initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process improvements, and product rollouts into production.
- Lead software quality assurance including complex process monitoring, product evaluation, audit assignments, and root cause analysis for improvement recommendations.
- Manage adherence to QA automation and testing protocols, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver quality metrics and reports on automation progress and blockers.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in an IT Quality role with hands-on automation testing expertise.
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with automation tools such as Cucumber, Cypress, Selenium, TestComplete and scripting in VBScript/JavaScript; strong core Java coding skills.
- Experience with UNIX, Jenkins/TeamCity setup, DevOps activities, and Docker exposure.

- Experienced in managing end-to-end automation frameworks and process implementation in fast-paced, time-to-market environments.
- Capable of analyzing business and technical requirements to develop comprehensive test plans including functional and non-functional testing.
- Skilled at leading teams and coordinating globally with stakeholders to ensure robust quality assurance and testing delivery.
