About This Role
- Own the creation, testing, and optimization of prompts for large language models (LLMs) to ensure high accuracy and relevance across multiple business use cases.
- Collaborate with domain experts and software developers to integrate LLM-based solutions into applications and develop a scalable prompt engineering framework for reuse and sharing.
- Analyze user feedback to iteratively improve prompt effectiveness and contribute to strategic decisions on LLM tools and platform selection.
Minimum Requirements
- Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in AI/ML or related fields.
- Experience with prompt engineering and familiarity with LLM tools such as OpenAI GPT models or Hugging Face.
- Proficiency in Python or similar AI/ML programming languages; willingness to travel at least 2 weeks per year.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Advanced degree holder (Master’s or PhD) specializing in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or AI Engineering with deep domain expertise.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like PyTorch and data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
- Familiarity with NLP or ML projects, version control systems like Git, and understanding of challenges faced by traditional industries.
