About This Role
- Lead visual design direction for branding, marketing campaigns, culture, and communications across multiple formats and channels.
- Develop and maintain scalable, production-ready visual systems and templates using advanced Figma features and design systems.
- Integrate AI-powered image generation and emerging creative technologies into visual design workflows to enhance creativity and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in Visual Design, Brand Design, or related disciplines.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Figma, including Auto Layout, Components, Variables, Grids, Effects, Boolean Operations, responsive layouts, and design systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered image generation and creative tools integrated into professional workflows.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, creative direction, branding, visual storytelling, and AI/emerging technology experimentation.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Combines strong visual design fundamentals with advanced technical proficiency in Figma and AI tools to build scalable, consistent visual systems.
- Comfortable moving fluidly between concept development, visual design execution, and AI experimentation.
- Experience leading creative initiatives or mentoring designers, with the ability to present and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
