About This Role
- Lead and manage a global support team for AI/ML applications deployed on AWS and Azure, ensuring operational excellence and incident resolution.
- Own full lifecycle support and troubleshooting of Python-based AI/ML pipelines, APIs, and microservices to maintain high availability and performance.
- Develop and maintain AI-native monitoring, incident management, and automation tools to uphold SLAs and drive continuous improvement.
Minimum Requirements
- 5–10 years experience supporting production AI/ML or data-intensive systems.
- Proficiency in Python, including API frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Hands-on experience with AWS (EC2, Lambda, SageMaker) and Azure (App Services, Azure ML, AKS) cloud platforms.
- Experience with AI-native engineering tools, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership in managing multi-level support teams and collaborating across global (Europe and Asia) development and operations teams.
- Strong technical expertise spanning cloud infrastructure, AI/ML operations (MLOps), and automation with AI-native tools.
- Experience owning end-to-end incident management and driving best practices in complex AI/ML production environments.
