About This Role
- Lead strategy and execution for scalable machine learning, GenAI, optimization, and real-world data (RWD) analytical products across global clinical development.
- Design, deploy, and manage lifecycle of reusable analytical platforms impacting clinical operations, feasibility, patient access, quality, and portfolio efficiency.
- Partner with senior leaders to prioritize opportunities, drive adoption, and measure impact through product reuse, user adoption, and portfolio value.
Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, biostatistics, health economics, biomedical informatics, applied mathematics, or related quantitative discipline; PhD preferred.
- At least 8 years of industry experience in leading cross-functional programs and scaling reusable data science, AI, GenAI, optimization, or RWD capabilities.
- Experience with predictive modeling, optimization, simulation, GenAI, and RWD analytics specifically in clinical development, clinical operations, healthcare, or regulated environments.
- Proven expertise in product lifecycle management, validation, model governance, MLOps, privacy, data quality, risk management, and responsible AI deployment.

- Senior-level data scientist with demonstrated ability to set technical direction and influence executive stakeholders in clinical or healthcare domains.
- Experience in pharmaceutical development, clinical research, MedTech, or real-world evidence with cross-functional leadership and strategic roadmap development.
- Operating style focused on building reusable frameworks, mentorship, and scaling analytics capabilities across multiple therapeutic areas and enterprise functions.
