About This Role
- Lead brand identity design projects end-to-end including logos, typography, color palettes, and guidelines to create memorable brand identities.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand strategies across multiple client projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver cohesive branding and social media visual solutions while overseeing project delivery and presentation of concepts.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of professional design experience with a strong focus on branding and visual design.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a design team.
- Strong skills in brand identity design and illustration, including social media creative development.
- Work Experience Required: 3 to 5 years.
