About This Role
- Lead product initiatives by defining features, creating user stories, prioritizing backlog, and gathering requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to deliver features using Agile methodologies.
- Manage stakeholder communication, identify risks and opportunities, maintain product metrics, and update senior leadership to align with business goals.
Minimum Requirements
- 8 to 16 years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech or BE) mandatory.
- Location requirement: Bengaluru.
- Proven expertise in requirement gathering, user story creation, backlog management, feature planning, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management.

- Experienced in managing competing product priorities and driving cross-functional collaboration in Agile settings.
- Skilled in governance processes, risk and dependency management, and change request handling.
- Able to use data-driven decision-making to improve product outcomes and maintain strong alignment with senior leadership and business objectives.
