About This Role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale AI, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Data Science programs from ideation through production deployment.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks, program plans, performance metrics, and stakeholder communications for AI initiatives across multiple teams.
- Drive Agile program management practices, manage risks and dependencies, and influence cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Product Operations, or PMO leadership.
- 3+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Analytics, Data Platform, or Digital Transformation initiatives.
- Role requires onsite work primarily from an HPE office.

- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional AI/ML programs involving engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders at scale.
- Strong ability to translate business objectives into executable program plans with measurable outcomes and governance.
