About This Role
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex digital, data, integration, and enterprise application initiatives, ensuring alignment with scope, quality, cost, and schedule.
- Lead technical delivery through design, build, testing, deployment, and operational handover including validation of technical designs, architecture reviews, and readiness activities.
- Manage multidisciplinary internal and external teams, oversee vendor performance, and drive delivery governance, reporting, risk management, and agile outcome-based ways of working.
Minimum Requirements
- Degree or equivalent in technology, engineering, information systems, or related discipline.
- Experience delivering enterprise technology programmes or complex digital products, managing scope, schedule, budgets, resources, risks and executive stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure essential), APIs, integration, application and data architectures, security, DevOps, and CI/CD.
- Experience managing distributed delivery teams and vendors; experience with Agile and structured governance; occasional international travel possible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in technical leadership roles bridging delivery and architecture evaluation with strong technical judgement and ability to challenge architects and engineers.
- Comfortable managing complex dependencies across multiple technology domains including cloud, integration, security, and infrastructure.
- Proven ability to lead cross-regional teams and vendors while applying appropriate delivery controls and agile methodologies to drive measurable outcomes.
